Filip Biały presented a comparative paper on the Polish and the US election campaigns at a major conference, organised by the “The International Journal of Press/Politics” in Edinburgh on 16-18 October. Speaking at the panel “Digital Campaigning and Political Communication: Authenticity, Visuals, and Satire in Global Elections”, Filip focused on the evolution and application of relational organising methods in the context of two countries as well as on the ongoing influence of digital tools on campaigning that relies on personal networks of volunteers recruited by parties and candidates.
