Adobe Express Error – 12/08/2024
UPDATE:
Adobe have made changes to our licence which has caused disruption to accessing Adobe Express. We have now procured new licences and they have been applied to staff accounts who have reported access issues. We will apply licences to all accounts retrospectively in the near future. If you urgently require a licence, please create a support ticket with the following web form.

We are aware of a current problem for staff members who are existing users of Adobe Express. When logging into Adobe Express people are met with the error message “You do not have access to Adobe Express”. We are working with the software vendor and IT Services to resolve the issue and will post further updates here once we have them. We’re sorry for the disruption this is causing.
