Self Help

For common Blackboard queries, please see below before contacting eLearning:

Why can’t I see my courses on Blackboard?

Which of these best describes your situation?

New course that’s not appearing
  1. Please contact your school admin team and ask them to check that you have been added in Campus Solutions. Please allow 24 hours processing time.
  2. Has the course been activated the course in the activation portal?  Remember you need to activate a new course or Blackboard can’t see it.  Only Course Leaders can activate courses – if you need to be made Course Leader, please contact your school admin and ask them to add you in Campus Solutions as “Primary Instructor”.

The activation guides are here:

AMBS and SoSS
SALC
SEED

If you still can’t see your course, please ask your school admin to raise a ticket. It saves time for us to deal directly with the admin teams over this issue.

I could see it previously – it’s just disappeared

Before contacting eLearning, please clear your browser cache or try using another web browser.

Also check under the “Past Courses” tab.

If none of these things work, please log a support ticket.

All my courses have disappeared!
