Last year was full of hurdles, as we all adapted to online working and many colleagues and reporters shifted their focus to the pandemic.

Understandably, we saw COVID-19 take a toll on THOR reporting, with reporting numbers having dropped across the board.

We want to thank all reporters who were able to continue to send their data throughout last year, and all those who have and continue to contribute to the COVID-19 response.

The THOR Network Team have also been involved in COVID-19 research, including THOR Principal Investigator Prof Martie van Tongeren, leading on government-funded research, initially focusing on transmission in the public transport sector.
