Team

This is a collaborative project between Japan, the UK and Chile, while also deeply rooted in Talcahuano, Chile.

We are an interdisciplinary and international team of researchers and practitioners, who are committed to centring the people of Talcahuano as protagonists in this project. The co-leaders of the project are Jenny Moreno (University of Concepción), Boris Sáez (Municipality of Talcahuano), and Chika Watanabe (The University of Manchester).
