Once it became clear that our current version of the world was about to change significantly, there was an urge and sense of social responsibility as a clinical psychologist and academic in the University to be useful during this time.   Deciding to collate and share quality psychological resources that could support the psychological wellbeing of our staff and students across the University community became a priority.

The wellbeing resources are compiled and updated regularly by Dr James Lea, Clinical Tutor in Clinical Psychology, supported by Professor Gillian Haddock, Head of Division of Psychology and Mental Health and can be accessed here.
