A series of training workshops is set up each year to deliver the more personal developmental aspects of the curriculum.

The subjects currently are:

• Ethical Aspects of Clinical Research – Tuesday 18 June 2024 – 9:30 – 12:00
• Patient and Public Involvement in Research – Tuesday 18 June 2024 – 13:00 – 15:30
• Refereeing of Papers and Grant Applications – Wednesday 16 October 2024 – 9:30 – 12:00
• Diversity and Equal Opportunities in Research, and Cultural Competence – Wednesday 16 October 2024 – 13:00 – 15:30
• Time Management and Personal Effectiveness – Thursday 27 February 2025 – 9:30 – 12:00
• Leadership: Practitioner, Partner and Leader Roles – Thursday 27 February 2025 – 13:00 – 15:30
