Year 1 and Year 2 shared learning

The aim of this workshop is to share learning and experiences across all organisations on the PAR element of Culture of Care.

We were joined by Lisa from Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust and Simon from the Dorset Mental Health Forum. Lisa and Simon shared learning and reflections from their project exploring the experiences of people and staff in acute mental health wards, and from staff from Retreats and psychiatric liaison.
